When I purchase my ticket online, how do I get my ticket?

Your ticket will hit your inbox immediately after your purchase. Check your email (and spam folder) for your confirmation.

Can I buy tickets at the door the day of the event?

Yes. Tickets will be available for purchase at the entrance on the day of the festival.

You can pay with cash or card on‑site, or purchase your ticket online in advance.

While cash is accepted at the gate, we strongly recommend purchasing your ticket online ahead of time for the quickest entry.

Why should I buy a parking ticket in advance?

Buying your parking ticket ahead of time helps you start your festival experience stress-free. Advance parking guarantees you a reserved spot, speeds up your arrival, and lets our team manage traffic flow more efficiently so you can spend less time in line and more time enjoying the festival.

What is the refund policy?

We’re a rain or shine kind of party. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or significantly rescheduled, which we would alert you to via email, social media, and on our website.

How do I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Hand it off like a mixtape — just share your PDF ticket or a screenshot. The name doesn’t need to match the ID.

Is this event family-friendly?

Yes! Latido Festival is a family-friendly event.

Do I need an ID?

Only for purchasing alcoholic beverages. You must be 21+ with a valid photo ID such as:

Driver’s license or state ID (no paper or temporary copies accepted)
Passport (U.S. or international)
Military ID

Is the artist lineup final?

The artist lineup may be subject to change. While we work hard to deliver an amazing experience, artists, performers, set times, and schedules may change due to circumstances beyond our control. Lineup changes do not constitute grounds for refunds.

What is the bag policy?

Bags must be clear and one of the following:

Clear clutch (no larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″)
Clear fanny pack

Are chairs allowed at the festival?

No. Chairs are not permitted at the festival. Please plan to enjoy the event standing or moving throughout the grounds. This helps keep walkways clear and ensures a better experience for all attendees.

Professional cameras and filming gear aren’t permitted. Phone pics and content? Absolutely encouraged. There are core memories to be made here!

Outside food and beverages are prohibited inside the festival, but don’t worry, we got you covered with all you need!

Is the festival outdoors?

The festival takes place outdoors. We encourage attendees to check the weather forecast ahead of time and come prepared for the conditions, whether that means sun protection, layers, or rain gear.
